Maurice Guillaume and Patrick Lesgards, founders of Les Petits Fruits in Campan (Hautes-Pyrénées), are mad about fruit and love to share their sweet-toothed know-how with customers.
Their range of products is delicious: from jams cooked in a copper cauldron, to aperitifs and liqueurs, to chutney-like delicacies to accompany cheese, foie gras, grilled meat and fish. Our favourites? The ‘Folies Fromages’ cheese accompaniments, such as orange with cumin and orange zest and blueberry with wild thyme.
