Aris Makris of Le Syndicat, Paris, created this lively and spicy cocktail inspired by award-winning Calvados Christian Drouin. Sweet with peach, sharp with lime and with that surprise kick of Sichuan pepper, it’s all rather grown-up and gorgeous. 


Ingredients

  • 4cL La Blanche de Christian Drouin  
  • 2cLl Lime juice  
  • 2cL Peach Syrup of Sichuan Pepper  
  • Top up: Saint-Germain mousse

For the garnish

  • Sichuan Pepper
