
Café Germain, a rather grown-up cocktail
Aris Makris of Le Syndicat, Paris, created this lively and spicy cocktail inspired by award-winning Calvados Christian Drouin. Sweet with peach, sharp with lime and with that surprise kick of Sichuan pepper, it’s all rather grown-up and gorgeous.
Ingredients
- 4cL La Blanche de Christian Drouin
- 2cLl Lime juice
- 2cL Peach Syrup of Sichuan Pepper
- Top up: Saint-Germain mousse
For the garnish
- Sichuan Pepper
