Ingredients

• 30ml Gin
• 15ml lemon juice
• 7.5ml sugar syrup
• 60ml Champagne

Directions

1Add gin, lemon juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.

2Shake.

3Strain into an empty glass.

4Top up with champagne.

5Garnish with lemon peel.
