Prosciutto, brie & red cabbage sandwich

   1939

Servings: 1

This indulgent prosciutto, brie and red cabbage sandwich is St Pierre’s take on a French classic Jambon Fromage. The strong flavours of the cheese and ham are a perfect match for the light and buttery taste of the soft brioche baguettes. Bon appétit!

  • 10g softened butter
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 20g red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices of Italian Prosciutto
  • 50g French Brie, thinly sliced

Directions

1Lightly spread the St Pierre Soft Brioche Baguette with a thin layer of softened butter and mustard.

2Layer a small amount of the sliced red cabbage onto the baguette, followed by the slices of prosciutto and the slices of brie.

3Slice the baguette in half.
