Ingredients
- 3 ripe pears
- Handful of walnuts
- 100 g gorgonzola
- 2 tbsp honey
- Half a baguette
- 1 tub of Paysan Breton French Sea Salt
Instructions
- Core and finely slice the pears.
- Toast the walnuts in a dry frying pan until golden and fragrant.
- Slice the baguette on the diagonal and toast the slices.
- Spread each slice with the cream cheese. Top with the pear slices, crumbles of gorgonzola, walnuts, and finish with a drizzle of honey.
