In the mood for a delicious snack? Try combining some freshly sliced pear with French Sea Salt cream cheese from Paysan Breton on a slice of warm toasted baguette for a sweet and savoury treat.

  • 3 ripe pears
  • Handful of walnuts
  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Half a baguette
  • 1 tub of Paysan Breton French Sea Salt
  1. Core and finely slice the pears.
  2. Toast the walnuts in a dry frying pan until golden and fragrant.
  3. Slice the baguette on the diagonal and toast the slices.
  4. Spread each slice with the cream cheese. Top with the pear slices, crumbles of gorgonzola, walnuts, and finish with a drizzle of honey.
