End of summer cocktails

Whether you’re a home bartender looking to shake things up, or a connoisseur curious to explore fresh ways to enjoy your favorite spirits, these cocktails are designed to bring a little creativity—and a lot of enjoyment—into every pour. Autumn Whisky Sour

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Single Malt Armorik Whisky Classic
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- ½ oz. Maple Syrup
- 2 oz. Apple Cider
- 1 Egg White or Fee Foam
- Apple Slice and Spices for garnish
Process
Add whisky, lemon juice, maple syrup, apple cider, and egg white into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon.
Cacao Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Normandin-Mercier VSOP Cognac
- 1 oz. Jules Theuriet Crème de Cacao Ambré
- 1 1⁄2 oz. Espresso
- Sugar cube
- Cacao nibs
Process
- In a shaker, add ice, cognac, crème de cacao, espresso and shake for 30 seconds. In a martini glass, pour over a sugar cube. Garnish with cacao nibs.
Cider Kir Royale

Ingredients
- ½ oz. Jahiot Créme de Framboise
- Claque-Pépin Hard Cider
Process
- In a glass, add Créme de Framboise, and top off with chilled hard cider!
French Margarita “Bonjourita”

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Hontambère Blanche Armagnac
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- Optional lime wedge and salt/ sugar for rim
Process
In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients. Shake, and strain into a rimmed Margarita glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh lime wheel!
French Mojito

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Blanche Armagnac
- 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ oz. brown sugar
- Mint leaves
- Club soda
Process
- In a shaker, add lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves, then muddle. Add Blanche Armagnac and ice. Shake and double strain over ice, garnish with mint and top of club soda.
