Charcutier unveils its latest seasonal delights
Charcuterie lovers, rejoice! Maison Vérot has unveiled its mouth-watering AW2019 collection. The Parisian stalwart, which has branches around the capital, produces quarterly cartes de saison designed to tempt foodies with the latest seasonal produce.

The award-winning maison is run by Catherine and Gilles Vérot, who are both descended from families of charcutiers. Gilles prides himself on choosing the farmers who supply him very carefully and likes to draw inspiration from family recipes, combining tradition with a modern twist. The result is delicious and stunning treats.
The AW 2019 specials, which will be available from the end of September, include La Toque du Président, pâté en croûte de volaille et gambas and Baeckeoffe.

As you can see, they’re not just tasty, but they’re veritable works of art – it’s (almost) a shame to eat them.
