Easy-to-make and full of summer sweetness.
Ingredients
- 160g cantaloupe, cubed
- Grapes, halved
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Strawberries, cubed
- 3 tbsp cooked quinoa
- 1 tbsp fresh mint
Directions
1Toss all ingredients. Spread out in a shallow bowl and very lightly drizzle with olive oil before serving.
