Whip up a batch of yummy granola with French honey by Martine for a super healthy breakfast to set you up for whatever the day may bring. Make it in advance and you won’t even have to think about what to have for breakfast when you’re in a rush!


Ingredients

  • 200g oats
  • 25g puffed rice
  • 35g hazelnuts
  • 35g almonds
  • 35g cashew nuts
  • 40g pumpkin seeds
  • 120g Martine acacia honey
  • 50g sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ vanilla pod or a few drops of vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 150°C (Gas Mark 5).

2Scrape out the vanilla pod. Mix the nuts with the cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, salt and cereals.

3Pour the honey, vanilla beans and oil into a small saucepan and heat gently, then pour over the cereal and mix well.

4Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Mix the cereal halfway through cooking and place in the oven until golden.

5Allow to cool completely before placing in an airtight box.

6Enjoy this granola with natural yoghurt, fresh fruit and a drizzle of Martine acacia honey.
