Fried camembert with nori

Ingredients

  • A wheel of ripe Camembert
  • 1 sheet of nori
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • cup oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cut the Camembert into 8 equal wedges, and wrap each one in a nori sheet. Toss them lightly in flour.
  • Beat the egg in a shallow bowl. Add the breadcrumbs to another. Dip the Camembert pieces first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the Camembert pieces for 3 to 4 minutes in the hot oil, turning to brown on all sides. Enjoy hot.
