Fried camembert with nori
- A wheel of ripe Camembert
- 1 sheet of nori
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1¼ cup oil for frying
- Cut the Camembert into 8 equal wedges, and wrap each one in a nori sheet. Toss them lightly in flour.
- Beat the egg in a shallow bowl. Add the breadcrumbs to another. Dip the Camembert pieces first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the Camembert pieces for 3 to 4 minutes in the hot oil, turning to brown on all sides. Enjoy hot.
