Treat yourself with this espresso martini with a twist. Elevate this classic coffee cocktail with cacao rum, for a rich chocolatey finish which will leave you hankering for more. 


Chocolate Espresso Martini

A subtle, chocolatey twist on the classic Espresso Martini, replacing the vodka with Copalli Cacao rum.

  • 4 cl Copalli Cacao
  • 1.5 cl cane sugar syrup
  • 2 cl coffee liqueur
  • 2 cl espresso
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Ice cubes
  1. Add all ingredients and ice cubes to a shaker and shake.
  2. Strain into chilled martini glasses
  3. Garnish with three coffee beans and a few chocolate shavings
