Chocolate espresso martini
Treat yourself with this espresso martini with a twist. Elevate this classic coffee cocktail with cacao rum, for a rich chocolatey finish which will leave you hankering for more.
Chocolate Espresso Martini
A subtle, chocolatey twist on the classic Espresso Martini, replacing the vodka with Copalli Cacao rum.
- 4 cl Copalli Cacao
- 1.5 cl cane sugar syrup
- 2 cl coffee liqueur
- 2 cl espresso
- Chocolate shavings
- Ice cubes
- Add all ingredients and ice cubes to a shaker and shake.
- Strain into chilled martini glasses
- Garnish with three coffee beans and a few chocolate shavings
