Spritz en Provence
- 35 ml Mirabeau Rosé Gin
- 12.5 ml Elderflower Cordial
- A dash of Rose Water
- 100 ml Mirabeau La Folie Sparkling Rosé
Add all ingredients except La Folie to an ice filled shaker. Shake to blend the flavours.
Fill a wine glass with ice and strain over the mixture.
Crown with La Folie and stir gently. Garnish with lavender sprigs, rose petals and a slice of lemon.
Sip and enjoy!
