- 35ml Mirabeau Rosé Gin
- 12.5ml Elderflower Cordial
- A dash of Rose Water
- 100ml Mirabeau La Folie Sparkling Rosé
1Add all ingredients except La Folie to an ice filled shaker. Shake to blend the flavours.
2Fill a wine glass with ice and strain over the mixture.
3Crown with La Folie and stir gently. Garnish with lavender sprigs, rose petals and a slice of lemon.
4Sip and enjoy.
