Spritz en Provence

Ingredients

  • 35 ml Mirabeau Rosé Gin
  • 12.5 ml Elderflower Cordial
  • A dash of Rose Water
  • 100 ml Mirabeau La Folie Sparkling Rosé

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except La Folie to an ice filled shaker. Shake to blend the flavours.
  • Fill a wine glass with ice and strain over the mixture.
  • Crown with La Folie and stir gently. Garnish with lavender sprigs, rose petals and a slice of lemon.
  • Sip and enjoy!
