Cognac house Hine has been stirring up a lot of interest with H by Hine, a floral and fresh blend of 20 Grande and Petite Champagne Cognacs. Delightful enjoyed neat, it also makes a perfect base for cocktails. Here, Hine shares the recipe for its classy Metropole cocktail.  


Ingredients

  • 50ml H By Hine 
  • 15ml Chazalette Dry 
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters 
  • 1 dash Peychaud 
  • 2.5ml cherry syrup or Sugar syrup (optional) 

Directions

1Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir down until chilled. Strain into a chilled vintage coupette glass (or similar) and garnish with a cherry.
