Cocktail recipe… Meukow Pool

This cocktail is fruity and refreshing, ideal for parties. Meukow Cognac gives it an underlying warmth too, so you won’t get cold in your party frock!

Ingredients

• 4cl Meukow 90
• 20cl dry cider
• 3cl grapefruit juice
• Two dashes Meukow Cocktail Flavouring XO
• 1 slice of cucumber

Directions

1Pour Meukow 90, grapefruit juice and Meukow Cocktail Flavouring XO into a large balloon glass filled with ice. Add a slice of cucumber and top with the cider.

2Decorate with a slice of rolled cucumber and a slice of dried lemon.
