Cocktail recipe… Meukow Counter

This floral cocktail by Meukow Cognac is light and easy-quaffing, perfect for your Christmas drinks party, and it looks pretty too!

Ingredients

• 4cl Meukow 90
• 1cl Green Chartreuse
• 10cl bitter lemon
• Two dashes Meukow Cocktail Flavouring Regular
• 5 raspberries
• 5 mint leaves

Directions

Fill a balloon glass with ice.

Pour chartreuse, raspberries, mint, Meukow 90 cognac and Meukow Cocktail Flavouring Regular into your shaker. Shake intensely for a few seconds.

3Pour into the ice-filled glass and top up with bitter lemon.

4For a more floral alternative, replace the bitter lemon with elderflower tonic.

5Decorate with mint and raspberries.
