Cocktail recipe… Chai Meukow

This yummy cocktail by Meukow Cognac is brimming with seasonal smells and tastes and yet the addition of elderflower lightens it beautifully on the palate.

Ingredients

• 4cl Meukow 90  
• 2cl elderflower liqueur 
• 5cl apple juice 
• 2cl lemon juice 
• 2cl Massala chai syrup

Directions

1Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.

2Shake vigorously for a few seconds.

3Pour the mixture into your ice-filled tumbler.

4Decorate with a slice of dried apple and a cinnamon stick.
