Stewed Vanilla Blackberries and French Sea Salt Cream Cheese on Brioche Toast
Try this delicious, sweet and savoury fruity cream cheese on toast with Paysan Breton. Perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

blackberries

tbsp
honey

tsp
vanilla extract
Two thick slices of brioche
1
tub of Paysan Breton French Sea Salt Cream Cheese
Instructions
Put the blackberries in a small pan with the honey and vanilla extract. Cook on a low heat for 15 – 20 minutes until soft and stewed.
Toast the slices of brioche, then spread thickly with the cream cheese. Top with the blackberries and finish with a few mint leaves.
