Chocolate Espresso Martini
A subtle, chocolatey twist on the classic Espresso Martini, replacing the vodka with Copalli Cacao rum.

- 4 cl Copalli Cacao
- 1.5 cl cane sugar syrup
- 2 cl coffee liqueur
- 2 cl espresso
- Chocolate shavings
- Ice cubes
Add all ingredients and ice cubes to a shaker and shake.
Strain into chilled martini glasses
Garnish with three coffee beans and a few chocolate shavings
