Gorgonzola, Pear and French Sea Salt Paysan Breton on Toasted Baguette

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe pears
  • Handful of walnuts
  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Half a baguette
  • 1 tub of Paysan Breton French Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Core and finely slice the pears.
  • Toast the walnuts in a dry frying pan until golden and fragrant.
  • Slice the baguette on the diagonal and toast the slices.
  • Spread each slice with the cream cheese. Top with the pear slices, crumbles of gorgonzola, walnuts, and finish with a drizzle of honey.
